3. Quotes, payment and billing
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Monthly services are billed in advance; projects are billed as set out in your proposal. Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software subscriptions and stock assets, are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to accounts and materials, and approval of content before publication. You confirm you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
5. Results
We use proven methods and our best professional effort, but search engines, ad platforms and markets are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
6. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as designs, content and website files. We may keep tools, templates and know-how we developed independently, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
8. Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your proposal, normally 30 days. Fees for work already completed or scheduled within the notice period remain payable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of third-party platforms.
